I've just changed something on HT, however it hasn't been updated here. Why not?
Updates aren't ran every minute of the day. This would waste bandwidth and be pointless. However, we run full updates occasionally.

How often are stats updated?
We aim to update stats about once a week, however we may run less, or more. This is due to the numerous amount of data having to be saved, and limited database size available.

Why isn't < some stat > shown on the site?
NatStats select the best stats to show on the website, therefore not all can be shown. If you would like to request a certain statistic, please visit the Contact Us page.

Why is the site running so slow?
You may encounter problems with the site if we are running an update, or many people are querying the database, or our host is encountering some downtime, which is rare. However, some pages on the site are generally a little slow, due the large number of records in our database.

Do you charge for using the site?
We do not charge, and NatStats will always remain free.
